Arrived and was told treatment was running late, but the receptionist's attitude was rather strange. Unapologetic, more like I was an inconvenience. I popped to the loo and there was no toilet paper. Then when I asked for a specific nail colour it couldn't be found, so I chose another as we were already running late. Music was also awful so it was o.k but I wouldn't go again.
