I paid for a 45min treatment as I had problems with dry hair after dying. It was all done in 25mins from the time I arrived and I’m not even sure I got what I paid for - certainly none of the extras. There was little communication from my assigned stylist. Then when she started drying my hair I told her about the breakage issues. She nodded, said nothing, recommended nothing and dried as normal. Suddenly lots of my hair started breaking and flying all over the place. Still she carried on. When she’d done I had two bits right as the front that had snapped to 3inches. She hair sprayed them but they kept bouncing up. ‘Erm - what can I do?’ I asked ‘I came for this as I have an event and meetings today’. She said - ‘clip it or something?’ Followed by ‘have fun trying to style it’ and that was that. She never even got my coat I had to get it myself. Left feeling super self-conscious about it and had to find a place to buy hair slides and serum pronto. I loved the idea of this place, and hoped I’d found somewhere I could use before I delivered talks or had special events, but sadly after this I cannot possibly recommend.
