Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. I paid for an expensive treatment but my hair didn't look much better. Moreover, I was told that it would be better to go in a week's time and, after cancelling all my plans for that Saturday, I arrived there and I was told by the only person there that she hadn't been informed and she didn't have the training to carry it out even if she had time. I wasted time and money on transport and returned home. I was asked to rebook the appointment but that treatment had to be done after a week so, in the end I decided not to have it.

I am really pleased with my gel nails. The manicure was done very professionally. Overall an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this salon.
