Sarah made multiple comments of a very racist nature, especially towards black people, as well as unacceptable comments about mental illness (using 'OCD' as a meaningless adjective, when it is a debilitating mental illness that ruins and takes lives, please educate yourself, especially if you don't even understand why this is a problem), she made inappropriate comments about enjoying 'getting wasted' until 10 in the morning which you really shouldn't tell your customers, and asked questions that your manicurist really shouldn't care about like if I have a boyfriend. Overall it was incredibly unprofessional, the staff clearly need training on how to act appropriately and professionally at their WORKPLACE, how to be empathetic and compassionate workers, as well as not racist, homophobic, or discriminatory in any way.
I wouldn't recommend to any one to go even if just on principle to not support such behaviour and values.
I'm surprised no one else has reported such behaviour in the reviews as I'm surely not the only one that experienced this.
Disappointing experience; rushed out before hair was finished due to next customer waiting. Curls in hair had dropped out within an hour as wasn’t fully dry.
Lovely set up, the staff weren’t very welcoming.. but they did a good job with my blow dry :)
