My blow-dry was good but the staff seemed a bit grumpy. Again, hair was fine, service just wasn’t 5 star.
Went there for a quick eye makeup. It was lovely, the artist understood exactly what I wanted. Eyeshadow lasted all day long, would have like a bit more mascara tho. Otherwise very satisfied.
I am a regular and always leave a 5* review however on this occasion I was 10 mins late (I called beforehand) and was told that my hair couldn’t be washed. Blow dry was rushed so didn’t get the root volume I requested. During my blow dry another stylist was just sat at the reception on her phone. And after my blow dry, i was browsing in the store and noticed my stylist had been sitting on reception doing nothing for at least 20 minutes. Hardly back to back. I paid £34 for a wash and dry.
