I had a brow lamination and although the staff were lovely the treatment was awful and looked nothing like the photos. The next day I had to go to benefit and they sorted my eyebrows out, they said it wasn't done properly. As I hadn't had it before I am not sure if that's the case or if it was just my eyebrows but when benefit sorted them out they looked great so.. I will not be going back
