No one was there when I arrived, the usual therapist was unavailable had another she was ok but felt Amy did the treatment better. Customer service wasn’t great, needed to be improved.
Cancelled on me with 2 hours notice- over text message and still haven’t contacted me to apologise or offer any form of goodwill gesture. Bad customer service all round really.
0 stars I would have given but had to fill in something to post review. I visited the salon the day before to see if I needed a patch test was told I did not as I have lvl before went to my appointment Sunday and was told that no one was available to do lvl on that day. so I cannot give any stars as I was not even notified by phone to not turn up to my appointment in the day. totally unprofessional experience.
