I’ve never had a keratin treatment before so didn’t know what to expect. Staff were really friendly and she explained what she’d be doing all the way through. Got a glass of Prosecco during the treatment. My hair feels so, so soft and really healthy.. it’s never felt in such good condition. She took her time with everything and didn’t rush, very relaxing. Would highly recommend and will rebook once I need the treatment doing again.
treatment absolutely brilliant but only because Sharon fit me in when Treatwell had once again booked me in for an appt that wasn't available. this is the last time I'll use Treatwell.
One of the most awkward blowdries I’ve ever had. The girl had long nails and was more scratching my hair than washing it. I’m not sure if she had ever dealt with thick hair like mine so I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt but when it came to drying my hair, she used a tangle teezer to brush, which was fine; except she was literally brushing it against my jumper so my back was damp as I sat there. She used a hairdryer without a nozzle to start, she was running her hands through my hair again with her sharp nails, almost got my hair stuck in the back of the hairdryer, banged against my head when picking up product. Hair was blowing everywhere when she was drying it. By the end I just wanted to leave but I had booked in to get my nails done also, but that didn’t matter because apparently there was only a blow dry on the system and she proceeded to take me to the till. Won’t be going back.
