The treatment was done well and worked well however the booking via Treatwell was a disaster - I booked that morning and it hadn’t appeared on their system. I phoned ahead and was told I’d be rung back but wasn’t and then was kept waiting for 15 minutes. The staff were polite and kind however the booking process was a bit of a disaster. Possibly just teething troubles.

I think being made to wait around 45 minutes was not acceptable although the staff were polite and apologetic. It was the peak Christmas party season but they seemed understaffed for this.

I had a great experience at Blow Ltd in Watford. The staff were amazing and cheerful! The environment was really clean and tidy, even for myself a nice cuppa tea while I had my manicure. Definitely recommend anyone after an efficient pampering.
