Hi there, I had a new cut (from a same length to a layered one) a couple of weeks ago. Having very straight and heavy hair I'm always a bit worried about having it cut by people I don't know as you can just see a bad cut a lot more than with wavy or curly hair. I was surprised at how happy I was with the result! The English girl who looked after me (what is your name again?) was super friendly and listened exactly to what I wanted, so no bad surprises. I was particularly happy about the blow dry, as it was just the perfect amount of volume and texture. Definitely going back again!
Wonderful friendly staff made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Very pleased with my new hair, they did exactly what I wanted and blow dried my hair ready for a night out! Highly recommend

However, I must say this visit left me very happy and I loved the blow dry the girl gave me - what is your name again?? :) - will be back soon, as it was a very good deal!
