Informed me 25 mins prior to my appt they were running 15 mins late, I was already on my way to the salon. I ended up waiting 25 mins for my appt. I understand these things happen unexpectedly but I feel they could have been more apologetic. I wasn’t very friendly/chatty as a result. Nevertheless they did a good job of the gel mani and pedi and seem to have a lot of regulars.
