I was 10mins late and when I arrived Diana chastised me because her policy is 7 mins. Fine but there is a line between informing a customer and being rude. She was the latter. Then I ask where to put my coat and she says on the chair. However, 15 mins in, she gets up and hangs it in a closet. Okay. Appt finishes and she again informs me about her late policy. Are you serious? The next appt hadn’t arrived and at my first appt, she was 15mins late to seating me. Nails aren’t worth the attitude

Great service, one of the best gel removal, very careful and gentle!
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
Nice salon. They do use an electric file to remove gels - and I find this method can be quite harsh on your nails - but the therapist did a really neat job. Very speedy service.
