The therapist burnt/skinned my face during a facial wax and kept going with the rest of my face. I had to stop her and point out my face hurt a lot, and then she looked and it was obvious I was burnt. I have been getting face waxes for 15 years now and this has never happened. The therapist never apologised, and said yes this will be brown burn patches over time. She made unhelpful comments like "you shouldn't care too much." She also made me pay full price. Ridiculous.
