It seemed as though cream tea was not served very often, the staff appeared uncertain at what to do. Equally when we asked for wine there was massive confusion over it which made us feel uncomfortable despite there being a drinks menu there. My Masseuse was lovely but I would have preferred not to chat during the massage. Excellent venue, such potential.
Treatment was lovely and cream tea was delicious! It was a bit difficult to find the spa but once we did it was fantastic, a really lovely location on Chelsea Harbour, didn't feel like we were in London at all! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was when I came out of my treatment and was thinking of having a swim, the pool was full of kids. Not a massive problem anyway was quite happy to just sit and read my book! Would book this again.

But the afternoon tea was good and the staff nice.
Friendly staff, adequate facilities and the most fantastic back neck and shoulder massage with an extremely friendly and lovely lady. Cream tea was basic but nice, a sandwich or two would improve this offering. Extremely clean, nice pool and water jets at the side. All facilities clean and plenty of extra towels available. Basically it was worth the £59 but no more.
Staff very friendly and helpful, sauna and steam rooms are separate for men and women which is not specified in the advertisments, ok if you're with friends, but not with someone of the opposite sex. Cream tea was nice, with warmed scones, but served in the reception area which lacked ambience and felt a little awkward in robes! Pool lovely and nice towels and robes provided.
