Best spa and best deal ever! This was my second time going to Blue Harbour on the 2 4 1 deal and I gave it the 5 stars now because last time I gave a review and mentioned that the only thing lacking were the food options and not only did someone from the Spa read my review but replied and let me know we could also order from the other restaurant menus. On Monday when we went (I recommend Monday's they are quite quiet and nice!) we had lunch and though the staff member we spoke to wasn't aware that we could order from otehr menus, she checked with her team and we were then given the room service menu from which to choose. And it definitely fit the bill this time. My friend got the classic club with fries and I had the steak sandwich with fries and it was divine. The fresh fruit, tea and lemon water as well hit the spot as usual and loved that we ordered our food and then could go back to relax in the pool and would be called when our food was ready.
The service is excellent, all staff members we interacted with were great, the facilities are top notch, super clean, towels are refreshed regularly, showers are excellent (rain showers that are serious luxury) and the products are awesome (Aromatherapy Associates).
Definitely the best spa experience I've had and you cannot beat £12.50 pp if you go with a friend. Honestly I'd encourage everyone to check this lovely gem out. It's also nice that it's tucked away in Chelsea Harbour so you're not bombarded by city busyness once you're out and can slowly get back into the world after a full day relaxing.
I didn't have a treatment this time 'round but my friend had a facial and she looked and felt reborn afterwards. Said she enjoyed it even more than the massage she had last time so the therapists also get a big thumbs up.
Blue Harbour really knows what it means to deliver excellent service all the way round! This is how a customer experience really should be and we will most definitely be coming back soon!! Many thanks again to the staff for their care, kind demeanour and for taking an interest in the feedback and making this the best experience possible.
it was a very relaxing day , i took my god daughter for first spa visit as a young adult she really enjoyed it. lovely location and was what we wanted relaxing steam etc.unfortunatly we could not do any treatments as purse budget would not allow for it this occasion
What a great place. Very warm welcome on arrival for both mum and me. We used all the facilities that was there except the gym. Nice clean changing rooms and the showers, well, could have stayed in there all day ! We ended with some rest time in the relaxation room , and nodded off it was so good. Definately go there again.
Went to the spa for couple of hours. It was really relaxing...we had sleepers and bathrobs with fluffy towels. The facilities were immaculate and very quiet overall.
Location is very nice also, just off the Marina.
Would recommend anyday!
Enjoyed the experience thouroughly.
Went for the first time to Blue Harbour on 21st and it was beyond my expectations. The staff and level of service there were top notch even for us being part of the 2 for 1 deal (some places do treat you differently if they know you're a deal person). The pool was wonderful, we always had a space to lay afterwards, the sauna and steam room were great and the massage, though on 30 minutes, really hit the spot. The relaxation room is also very quiet and peaceful. The only complaint I would have would be that their menu lacked variety and there were only a few options for lunch so if they could bring that up then it'd be 5 stars all around.
The staff even came to get us from the pool once our lunch was ready. Water, tea and free fruit available, robes and slippers and towels provided and it was truly one of the best things I've ever done on a cold wintry day. And you cannot beat £12.50 per person for all of that (excluding massage and lunch)!
We will definitely be going back!
