The beautician was lovely but waxing was quite painfulI (although thorough). On the same day I also had an unpleasant rash, which may have been because of the wax or the pain, but I did mot experience this before after waxing. I also wasn’t impressed with the salon, they should consider refurbishing, as the treatment rooms don’t look tidy or clean and definitely not cosy or pleasant. Did not like thr ambience at all...

the quality of the lashes are so bad and they are very uncomfortable. I would really like a refund.
