Not a bad service but they can be quite standoffish when you ask them to do your nails a certain way. I don’t like the drill being used and they were very annoyed that I wouldn’t let them to it. My nails are lovely though!!!

Unfortunately, they were obviously trying to squeeze more money out of me. I booked for a mani-pedi and paid online. When I got there I was told it would be a £10 supplement to get different colours on hands and feet which seemed ludicrous so I said no. Then she asked me if I wanted to upgrade to shellac for £12 and I said no. Then, when I was finished, I was about to leave and the owner stopped me and said I needed to pay £12 because she had done shellac on my hands (I hadn't realised, I've never had shellac) when I refused they made me wait, took the shellac off and put on gel which took another 40min and she was obviously rushing. Wouldn't recommend if you want to avoid being ripped off.
