Upon arrival was greeted by receptionist was told too take a seat.. the nail technician approached me and just said pick a nail varnish and go too the pedicure chair.. I sat by myself while she finished another lady. The nail technician didn't explain what she was doing and came across very cold and I felt rushed and uncomfortable from the start.. I had my jacket and bags on my lap too until I asked too put somewhere then was thrown on a chair. I also asked halfway through too put the massage chair on as it was one of the perks for booking my pedicure that was a issue. I didn't feel very relaxed and my toenail bleed a bit. My nails are ok rushed, nothing was explained I definitely won't be going back I didn't feel valued and I would not recommend!
