I had made an appointment to see Julie at 3 pm and arrived on time. I told the first person I saw, a lady colouring a client's hair, who I was and she called for Julie. Julie seemed to be irritated and didn't greet me in any way. She disappeared to the back. After some minutes she came back and filled the footbath and indicated I should sit down and soak my feet. She then disappeared again for about five minutes. During the pedicure she spent a lot of time talking in a foreign language to a man in the back and at one point was on her mobile which was sitting on her lap. She hardly talked or looked at me at all and if I didn't instantly move my feet when told or indicated to she seemed to get very annoyed and shouted. The pedicure was quick and sometimes a bit painful but the result was okay. The treatment was supposed to take 40 mins but was more like 20-25 mins. Admittledly I didn't have nail varnish. She seemed to expect payment at the end but when I told her I had already paid through Last Minute the man looked in the diary and agreed. It wasn't at all a relaxing, pleasant experience but if you wanted a quick pedicure at a reasonable price then it is okay, more like the nail bars than a beauty salon.
