Positive: Fast and effective. Value for money experience,
Negative: Staff was not really polite nor friendly, the lady was talking on the phone all the time and getting impatient upset when I was trying to choose my polish colour.
I would recommend if you want something quick and you do not focus on the customer experience but just get your nails done!
