I've been coming here for a while and my nails always look perfect. They have all the latest trends, great availability but you always have to wait a bit even with an appointment. Definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, a horrible experience at Blue Sarc. They started off by taking me in over 10 minutes late, and the aesthetician, Julie, was easily the rudest person I've ever met in London. She did not hang up my jacket or purse, and rather simply asked me to place it on the dirty floor next to the pedicure chair. The water was scalding hot and she was annoyed when I asked for it to be cooled down before I put my feet back in. Did not offer a glass of water or magazine. Talked loudly on her phone throughout most of the pedicure and would often just get up and leave me there. Same scenario with the manicure, though she'd double booked herself, so didn't even finish it, decided to start another customers pedicure and I had to wait around for 10 minutes before a clear top coat could be put on by someone else. Made no difference as she did such a terrible job it chipped within 24 hours. Will not return to this salon and definitely do not recommend it.

My manicure and pedicure were actually good. The place is clean and the chairs are comfortable. My big problem is the tardiness. I am not sure why a salon would open ten minutes after when they're supposed to open especially when they already have an appointment for the time that they open. This is the second time in a row that this has happened to me and I'm standing in the cold.
