The removal was rushed as they didn't realise i had an appointment so i waited for 25 minutes to be seen.
The lady left gel on my nails which i highlighted so she removed the last of the gel but filed too much off and filed my own nails which has left them weak and broken

The entrance is not obvious, many stairs from the door to the room (which was not expected), no tea/water provided, massage not good, therapist’s phone kept ´ding-ding’ during the massage (I turned mine off before the massage because I needed to relax- turned out her busy phone stressed me out during the massage:/), not so friendly, a bit cold and indifferent. The only good thing about the place was that it’s seemed clean. Don’t think I’d come back.
