Left hair in different spots. The whole process was rushed, painful and left me with bruises. I have never experienced such a bad wax in London. I used Oceania before to have my nails done and I was pleased with the service so I decided to try the wax but it was a big mistake.

I got an amazing lash lift by Ly, she was very gentle and the whole process was very relaxing. The results from the lash lift are stunning and will be coming back again!

Good as usual. Only difference was that usually aloe vera gel/oil is applied to remove excess wax at the end but this was not offered this time round. Left feeling very sticky!
