Very unimpressed. Could not find my booking, which I had made online. Then a therapist can inside who had been smoking outside and started to do my nails without washing his hands. Then they were about to use drills to take off the gel shellac I had on my nails, but I asked not to as it damages your nail and I wanted them soaked. He then used a nail file and still filed far too low down and damaged the tops of the nails, and also damaged my cuticles with the file which bled after!

Not sure how business keeps on running. The people had no idea of my reservation; their system was down. The personnel kept on interrupting my manicure running other errands in the shop. There is a very limited range of colours to choose from; most bottles were dusty, which make you wonder how long they have not been used for. The result was acceptable, although my manicure cracked the first night-maybe not their fault. I was charged £25 rather than £20 shown in their website pricelist.
