The place and people are lovely, but the gel manicure was terrible, needed to be removed after one week. Normally lasts 2-3 weeks for me, had to go else where.

The staff is overall attentive but it's very difficult to communicate with someone that doesn't understand the language well. BIAB is supposed to last and protect the nails but this wasn't well done so my natural nails broke. Never happened to me.
