I was the first customer in the store after making my booking the night before. The space is large and well designed and the initial service was good from the male server. However half way through my acrylics he switched with a new technician who did not speak to me at all and was very harsh with the remaining treatment, even causing pain to my fingers whilst buffing them. I just got a new set of infills at another salon and they said the initial set were done poorly as they were lifting a lot.

Best nail salon I’ve been to in London - they don’t rush (like most of the other places do to get you out!) and their attention to detail is exceptional. The place itself is stunning and really clean!!!
