Not the best experience - my appointment started 15 minutes late during which I was not informed the delay. We agreed to file my nails slightly shorter, do BIAB infill and shellac. My nails were filed electronically very short, much shorter than we initially talked which I was disappointed about. When I expressed this with the technician she was very defensive and angry instead of apologising. I am just gutted because the delay in my start time I felt like the whole appointment was rushed.
