So nice to be back with Aoife getting my nails done. Great service, good choice of colours and really happy with the application and nail art. Would 100% recommend!

Therapist was lovely, but the manicure felt a very rushed and ended up chipping in less than a week - I’ve never experienced this with gel nails before. I was also seen almost 30 mins late and normally wouldn’t mind as I totally understand that things can overrun, but I was stuck outside in the cold for 15 mins of that time as nobody came to let me in. Overall a little disappointed
Place does not look like the pictures! Felt like it was in the middle of being set up and no one was there when I arrived. Patricia arrived about 5 minutes late and seemed quite rushed as she had to set everything up. I'd booked for removal and new which she did with a file, didn't ask anything about the nail art I'd added to the booking so ended up not getting it, which she did call me to say get a refund for. Didn't see anything sterilised. The nails are okay but the experience wasn't.
