Bled 3 times, she was so rough with everything that I almost burst into tears. She apologised for making me bleed and then continued to be extremely rushed and harsh, parts of the skin around my fingers are red raw. The shape is not what I asked for, it's uneven, parts of my cuticle is still there and I have excess product on my skin. Underneath the nail there's so much excess product that she's barely attempted to get off. I want a refund for such a horrible experience.
