Currently in the process of asking for a refund. Arrived to a closed salon despite being charged. Tried contacting on social media and via phone with no response. Have submitted formal complaint to Treatwell.
Jo could not have been more accommodating when train cancellations lead to me missing my appointment & when I did finally get to see her, she was super friendly & ‘made me up’ perfectly giving me a look I’ll be re-creating at home.
