Was recommended by a friend to book in with Katie and my goodness, she did not disappoint. As soon as you step into her room you immediately feel relaxed and as though you're in safe hands. Katie herself is such a pleasant, chatty, all round lovely lady, talking me through each treatment as she went making me feel completely at ease.
