Deni was really friendly and did a thorough but quick job of my dry cut. I was so impressed at how quickly my hair could go from dry with split ends to looking healthy again without feeling like I'd had lost much in the length. I'm so pleased, I'm now a convert and will be coming back again and again!

Very junior, never had worked the spa system. Cold water, too delicate and over in 25 mins when it was meant to be over 1 hour
