The only reason for my 4 star instead of 5, is due to the mix up with the appointment system, you need to sort this, it will lower your standings, in what is an otherwise excellent hairdressers. I am totally thrilled, with my haircut and colour, Redita was professional, talked things through with me, made suggestions, which really worked. She really made me feel that she was interested in my hair and condition, not just doing the same ole same ole, it was about my hair. I will deffo be returning
