Great customer service - I thought my appointment was 30 mins later than it actually was, but the therapist was understanding and managed to squeeze me in, giving me a quick but perfect wax - I was just about to go away so this was really appreciated

Kasia is a great, experienced beautician. She is super friendly, soft spoken and has excellent professional manners. She executes all the treatments with soft manners and attention to detail.
