Staff are really friendly, and receptionist is constantly offering drinks. I just had a trim but the hairstylist didn't rush and took his time with my hair, he also took care to ask how much I want cut and actually didn't cut too much! For the blow dry he offered to style it - I've only ever been offered to blow dry hair straight at every other salon I've been to. So glad I found this place through treatwell as I only live 15 mins away and never even seen it before. Will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately they were having problem getting into the building, then the system had booked me in with a staff member which wasn't working. I therefore had to wait 1 hour. Not the best experience.
