Rachel was great in advising which colour would suit better. The blow dry didn't hold for long but no hairspray was used so it was more of a natural look - will ask for more styling next time. Otherwise, great work.
Always great at this venue Ewa, is very thorough and the experience is painless.
Haircut was good, my hairdresser was lovely and very friendly.
The only negative was that my booking was pushed back by 45 mins, then once I arrived (at the new time), I had to wait another 15 mins (with no acknowledgement of the delay).
