Lovely salon, I am very happy with my new haircut by Rachel, exactly how I wanted it.
I'm sure intentions were good, all the staff seemed really nice, but I was left with full-length hairs in plain sight that I had to later tweeze out myself, and some little scabbing & sore patches of skin :( I'm assuming it's due to skin being pulled off with the hairs, but I wasn't informed that anything had gone wrong at the time and didn't see it until I got home. There's of course the possibility that I'm just super sensitive - I'm new to waxing so idk (and it was the warm strip wax kind, rather than hot wax like I was expecting and hear is better for more sensitive areas) But I wasn't actually told what to expect with the healing at all, and had to google aftercare tips...
