This is a strip wax and not a hot wax. I called up before booking to check and was told on the phone that they used hot wax but this was not the case. In addition I had to wait around for 15 minutes before my appointment started and then what should have been a 30 minute treatment was rushed into 15 minutes because the next customer was waiting. When I got home I noticed that there were large patches that had been missed. I will not be returning.
Staff were lovely, salon was lovely! Haircut was ok - not my favourite hairdresser and lack of English language was an issue.

I had a wonderful time with Ewa, she was professional and kind, handled my sensitive skin very well and removed all the hair correctly. She ws also really smiley, chatty and really lovely. I would recommend her to anyone!
Good manicure, the lady was very helpful and patient when I was deciding on a colour. The Polish seemed a little thin though compared to other brands of shellac
