There was a mix up with the app as I chose 7:45 appt and it went through as 7:30. I arrived at 7;40 and while still accepted, got a bit of an attitude which seemed undeserved given I genuinely thought I was arriving 5 mins early. The therapist was not v willing to talk through the treatment.. felt like pulling teeth to get her explain what type of laser it was. She did the treatment well and v quickly. I'm still not really sure which laser was used so unsure if I'd return. I'm not particularly inclined to return but I wouldn't dissuade anyone else from going... just make sure you're on time and also if you decide to pay in person instead via TreatWell then bring cash.

Amazingly relaxed experience. My tan looks natural and doesn't have that horrible fake tan scent. Will definitely be doing it again.
