I've had many balayages and this one has left me with ginger stripey hair that I don't want to leave the house with. I asked if it needed toning and was told 'it takes a few days to settle in' I have never heard this before. Extremely disappointed and now am faced with needing to make an emergency appointment elsewhere to get this fixed.
