I didn't even get to my treatment . I was sat waiting for 10mins before my therapist even arrived. The 2 staff doing nothing were swearing whilst I was waiting and using a vape. The table which had the sanitiser on was covered with dirty cup marks. No apology for being late, wearing a dirty apron with holes in it and insisted I give my address details....no idea why? At this point I left. Had a wonderful top quality treatment in Exeter later on in the day. Same price and didn't need my address.
