Asked for balayage, have come out with patchy bleached hair that was an attempt at a balayage. He pulled my hair too hard, he let the bleached sections fall directly on my face and fumes burn my eyes, and the worst uneven haircut done with a razor. Also couldn’t blow dry curly, burnt me with the hair dryer and curling tong. I had to ask to borrow the straighteners to style my own hair. I’m not a hairdresser but even I could see that there was no skill. I think he was deluded. I’d like a refund.
