Do not go there they so unprofessional,rude and a dirty place they talk to their costumers anyhow the lady tried to drag the hair extension off my hair and pushing me claiming I didn’t pay for the service which I have she just didn’t check with her manage meant they also don’t have a shop in woolwich it’s a scam

Terrible customer service. Had an appointment at 10:30 the shop was not opened. I called them told me to wait 20 mins and I heard nothing back because the phone was off. Never coming back

When I arrived at the salon, there was only one lady sitting there saying everyone's gone, no ones is around to cut my hair. I mean...seriously? I don't understand how indifferent you can be to act like this when a client arrives for an appointment. So she offered to find another salon around or go to the barber's. Very bad experience. I suggest them taking care of their clients because they will lose them eventually.
