Toni does my lashes exactly how I ask for them every time! I've tried a number of different places for my lashes and have never been really happy with them, I normally find they are far too heavy even when I ask for them to be light and wispy - but not with Toni! She listens to what you want and takes the time to make them perfect every single time - I'd never go anywhere else now.
