Overall we had a nice time but we got a 50 minute massage, NOT 1 HOUR. the spa was clean with really a comforting ambience, the massage was fab! However a couple of things brought the experience down a little. We paid £75 for an hour and the massage was just under 50 minutes which is a significant portion of time lost. Also when the music stopped, one of the therapists went to the door, opened it and shouted to another colleague to put the music back on, interrupting the tranquil vibe set.
