About

Aliya has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and a MSc in Physiotherapy. Aliya has over 5 years experience within football teams, private clinics and also the NHS. Aliya provides sport and physiotherapy assessments, treating musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory conditions and pain management. Treatments consist of exercise rehabilitation (incl mat Pilates and hydrotherapy), sports/deep tissue massage, dry cupping. Aliya tailors each treatment to an individual patient as not everyone requires the same treatment plan. Aliya has a huge passion for sport, rehabilitation and exercise and plays netball herself 1-3 times a week and also goes to the gym. Aliya understands the importance of getting back to performance and being able to do your daily activities of living.
