Unfortunately, this was one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve had. The hairdresser was extremely rough, pulling my hair throughout the appointment, which left my scalp sore afterward. It didn’t feel like she knew how to do the layered cut I asked for—what I ended up with looked nothing like what I requested. She also seemed very stressed or distracted, which made the whole experience uncomfortable. I definitely won’t be returning. Not nice, not good—just awful.
