Louise was great (my first haircut here), she could see what was wrong with my previous cut and how to rectify it. It meant taking off slightly more length than I originally wanted, but she explained her reasons for why she would need to do this and I was able to understand how it would make it a better haircut overall. I'm very pleased with the results, she was totally right, my hair feels like me again and it now looks great! She was also really friendly, we had a great chat throughout.
