This place just keeps getting better and better. A few weeks ago I arrived for my third visit. Lucia, who was at the reception, couldn't find my booking. I was quite insistent that I had booked (online), until it turned out I had mistakenly chosen a slot for a month later! Oh the embarrassment. She was absolutely lovely about this though and offered to do my hair anyway. Well, to make this short: not only did I walk out with an excellent (!) haircut, but also had the nicest chat with her. A month on my hair still looks great, and I am super impressed by how friendly and helpful Lucia was despite my booking error. Again top marks for this place!

Pedicure
Gino provided a great service. He consulted me about my colour and cut all through the process. He was very friendly, easy going but most of all knowledgeable.
I enjoyed my experience and will be coming back for sure!
