The staff were friendly. My therapist was accommodating (my treatment time was altered twice and after the 2nd time I told them I would need to shower there as the time no longer allowed me to shower at work and get there on time) very friendly and reassuring. I had read a couple of reviews about spray tans online, and understood that cream should be applied to knees and elbows to stop dry areas turning too dark, which didnt happen in this case. Also maybe a patch test should be done, according to some reviews. Neither were done, but the result after leaving on overnight is nice looking. I am happy with the outcome for my first spray tan, but I have unfortunately had quite a bad allergic reaction with little red dots all over the softer areas of my skin, which are itchy and red. I don't know if a patch test would have helped us to avoid this, as I followed all advice given to me by the therapist. All in all I think some sort of consultation should have been done, and maybe a patch test done, but overall the therapist was lovely, and the outcome apart from reaction looks nice.
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
A nice location and salon with great staff. My feet feel and look good after the pedicure - a few nails where I think the polish could be closer to the edge but no big problem. Overall, very happy with it. Price is pretty good.

Lucia was lovely and gave me a great haircut - good value relative to other more expensive salons in the local area.

Lucia was lovely. Really listened to what I wanted and explained what my hair would look like afterwards (I was getting quite a few inches off which is adventurous for me!). I love my new hair and have had many compliments. Thanks Lucia, I will be back.

Overall, I was really impressed with Body Essential.
My hairdresser took the time to ensure she knew exactly what I wanted done before getting to work and was friendly & chatty the entire time I was there, it made a huge difference to the sullen staff at a certain chain salon I have previously been to in the area. The price was excellent and I felt as if I had gotten a great deal for my money.
I'll certainly be re-booking at Body Essential & will look to try some of their other services too!
