I have had spray tans before and never been left so streaky and wet. I have also never had to stand infront of a domestic house fan to dry out for 30 minutes before I left (I didnt actually dry at all whilst there). When I expressed my shock at having to stand there so long and still being so wet, 1 of the staff members were extremely rude. It makes me so furious when I pay money and was kindly expressing a concern and she was so rude back. I must say the lady who did my tan and the receptionist were polite, but that 1 lady has really frustrated me and was unhelpful and rude. I wasnt happy with the quality of the tan either.
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
The service was friendly, polite and efficient. I was just a bit disappointed after all the good reviews I'd seen of the salon - I'd expected it to be pretty good, if not brilliant, and my hair cut was fine but quite basic. It did the job but I didn't leave feeling as though it looked great, which was a bit of a shame.
Ladies' Haircuts
Excellent Service, Excellent Hairdresser. Very happy with my highlights. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Good Job

I had a Dermalogica 1hr facial, I would highly recommend it and will definitely go back myself. Staff very friendly and competent, great value for money.

Chantelle was 5 stars! She give me advise on my skin and Also some extra shoulder and hand massage. Shame you can only buy 2 vouchers per client!
